Blueberry small square plates are handmade of porcelain clay, hand carved, inlaid with a bright blue underglaze, painted with a watercolor underglaze wash and finished with a food safe clear gloss glaze. On the bottom of each square plate a blueberry or two is carved, inlaid and painted next to an inlaid signature. Each piece is unique, with some variation, since every one is created and decorated by hand.
So sweet and versatile--small squares hold a tea bag and spoon, pills or even change; they can serve as individual bread, butter, dipping or prep plates and add a small touch of color and design to any dinner, end or coffee table.

Fired cone 8 oxidation.
