Shipping policy
- Most in-stock orders ship in 1-6 business days
- Made-to-order items ship in 6-8 weeks
- Products are flat rate shipping based on weight. We will refund any extreme overages. Unfortunately, pottery is just expensive and laborious to ship!
- We take great pride in our packing and use all post consumer and recyclable products--no plastic whatsoever! If a product arrives broken, shoot us an email and we'll make it right.
- Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and USPS first class mail and domestic orders generally arrive 3 days after shipping. You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped.
- Once the piece leaves the studio, we unfortunately have no insight into what USPS does with it from there. We will have the same tracking information you do.
- We cannot be responsible for packages that are “Delivered” via your carrier. If your shipment is showing as delivered in the carrier’s system but you have not received it you will need to open a claim via the carrier. We recommend having your items shipped to wherever is safest and most convenient for you to receive your package during normal delivery hours to avoid theft or mis-delivery.
