This small cup is a versatile piece--use it as a juice cup, coffee cup, small serving dish, bathroom cup, kids snack dish, etc. There will be slight variation from piece to piece as each is made and decorated by hand.
Every cup is hand thrown with porcelain clay, carved by hand, inlaid with a bright blue underglaze, painted with a watercolor underglaze wash and finished with a clear gloss glaze. Charmingly, on each cup bottom, a few blueberries are carved, inlaid and painted next to an inlaid signature.
Dimensions: approximately 4 ¾” tall x 3" wide. Holds about 8oz of liquid.
Fired cone 8 oxidation.
