These porcelain cup+saucer sets are thrown, hand-painted, glazed in a clear gloss and finished with one or two 22k gold luster decal strawberries. The gold is fired onto the glazed surface. Each piece is unique and has some variation since everyone is created and decorated by hand.
The 1 berry cup is dotted with a bright blue underglaze and the 2 berry is dotted with a periwinkle underglaze.
Dimensions: the 1 berry cup is approximately 3 1/8" wide x 3 5/8" tall and the 2 berry cup is approximately 3" wide x 3 7/8" tall. Saucers are 1/2" tall x 4 1/4 wide and both mugs hold about 8oz of liquid.
Fired cone 8 oxidation.
Food and dishwasher safe. NOT safe for the microwave. Please wash gold with gentle cloth rather than an abrasive scrubber.
